Ways to make a payment

Payments can take up to 3 working days to show in your online account.

Make a card payment online

We don't accept credit cards.

We have a maximum transaction amount online. It's £30,000. If you want to pay more than this, use a bank transfer.

Your bank may have its own transaction or daily payment limit. Check with them before you try to make your card payment or bank transfer.

 

Make an automated debit card payment on the phone

You can use our automated payment system to make your usual monthly payment with a debit card payment over the phone. 

Call 0344 824 8888 and either select option one or say "make a payment".

Set up a Direct Debit online or change your bank details

You can set up a Direct Debit in your online account.

Use a payment book

If you have a payment book, you can settle your account in this way.

Pay with a cheque or cash over the counter at your bank, using a payment slip, up to 5 working days before the payment date.

Get a dealer or third party to settle your agreement


Dealer settlement

If you are part exchanging your vehicle and have agreed with the Dealer that they will settle your agreement for you, the dealer must pay the settlement amount by the settlement date. They can use the bank details on this page to make the payment. They should use your agreement number as the reference. 

You're still liable for your agreement until we receive the full settlement amount.

Third party settlement

If you've agreed with a third party that they will settle your agreement for you, they must pay the settlement amount by the settlement date. They can use the bank details on this page to make the payment. They should use your agreement number as the reference. 

You're still liable for your agreement until we receive the full settlement amount.
