About Direct Debits

Changing Direct Debit payment date

You can change your Direct Debit (DD) payment date on your online account.

Use the change payment date step-by-step guide.

  • PCP agreement DD date change- you can only change DD date once in the whole agreement.
  • HP agreement DD date change - you can change DD date once every 12 months

If your Direct Debit is due in the next five working days

You can’t change your payment date until the day after we’ve taken this month’s payment.

Paying more after changing your payment date

If you change your payment date, you could end up paying more overall.

We will add any daily interest, between your old and new payment date, to the end of your agreement. We’ll tell you how much extra you’ll pay when you change your payment date.

It won’t change your monthly payments.
