Refunds

You, or your dealer, settled your agreement early, but we’ve taken your monthly payment 

If your Direct Debit’s still active, don’t cancel it as we’ll refund you straight into your bank account. This will take 10 working days. 

If you’ve cancelled your Direct Debit, we’ll refund you by cheque. It’ll take 10 working days. 

Accidently made an extra monthly payment?

If your Direct Debit was declined, you made a card payment, but we then took your Direct Debit again, get in touch with us.
