Payment not showing on account

It can take up to three working days for your payment to show on your account, even if you pay by debit card or bank transfer.

When you make a card payment online, and your payment goes through you'll see a ‘Payment successful’ screen. This will include the amount you’ve paid and a reference number.

You can also choose to get a confirmation text when you pay by debit card online.

Paid by Direct Debit?

If you pay by Direct Debit, you can check your bank account to see if we've taken your payment. It'll show either as ‘Black Horse’ or your agreement number on your statement.

If, after three working days, your payment isn’t showing, please contact your bank

Dealer payment not showing

If the payment from your dealer is not showing on your account, check with them to confirm they have actually paid the settlement.

It takes up to 3 working days for the payment to show on your account so find out exactly when they paid.
