About your agreement
Finding your agreement
You can’t access your agreement online, but you can find lots of the information from your agreement in your online account. You can see your agreement number, agreement type, your APR, how long you've got left to pay, along with many other things.
So log in, or set up an online account if you haven't already.
Once you've logged in, you'll land on your dashboard. You can see lots of information there, or find 'My agreement' and select 'View details'.
If you need to read all the terms and conditions of your finance agreement, you were given it with your welcome pack. The agreement outlines all the information about your finance. It gives you the APR (Annual Percentage Rate), the length of your agreement, and any fees, charges, and extras.
It will also tell you if you have PCP (Personal Contract Purchase) finance, or HP (Hire Purchase) finance.
Accessing multiple agreements
Set up your online account, and log in. You’ll see a list of your Black Horse agreements. Click on the agreement you want to view.
To switch agreements, log out and log back in.
Find your agreement number
You can find agreement number in your online account.
So log in, or set up an online account if you haven't already.
If can’t log in, agreement number is on your bank statement if you pay by Direct Debit.
Find your APR
You can see your APR on your online dashboard.
Log in and you’ll see your APR on the dashboard.
