Lloyds Auto FAQs
What does this announcement mean for me as a customer or partner?
Black Horse, Lex Autolease and Tusker have long been part of the same family, and soon we’ll share one name.
Starting in 2027, we are bringing together our 3 customer-facing brands (Black Horse, Lex Autolease and Tusker) under one brand – Lloyds Auto.
As Lloyds Auto, our commitment won’t change. This move unites the strength of our brands and scale of Lloyds with the trusted services, products and expertise our customers rely on every day.
How does this affect me or my business?
Our customer commitment remains unchanged. You can continue to expect the same products, services and support you receive today.
- You can contact us, access our products, services and support as usual
- There are no immediate changes to agreements, customer terms, or how we interact with you
- We will never ask you to move money or share security details as part of this change (beware of scams)
Over time you can expect:
- A gradual move towards the Lloyds Auto brand
- Simpler, more seamless products, services and online experiences
- More focused investment in services, tools and support that matter most to you
Any future changes to branding, communications, websites, customer journeys or marketing materials will be carefully planned and communicated well in advance.
Will this impact my commissions complaint?
No. This announcement does not affect Motor Finance Commission complaints or how they are handled.
If you have an existing complaint or need to raise one, you should follow the usual process. Our approach to managing complaints and supporting customers remains unchanged.
