EXTRA COURSES TO ENHANCE YOUR STAFF SKILLS

How the enhanced LetsULearn Premium programme differs is that your staff can now access a wide range of new courses to support their everyday working needs.
These new skills are grouped into two categories:
Sales training – including regulatory guidelines, effective finance product presentations and sales & social media
Soft skills – such as recruitment, time management and negotiation & selling.



DIRECT SUPPORT OF ONLINE TRAINING

Because the courses are online, your staff can take the training at any time. That means:

Staff can take courses without needing to leave the dealership
New employees can begin important training courses immediately.
The programme is supported by a monthly webinar, which looks at specific topics within the courses. It gives your employees direct interaction with a sales trainer to complement their learnings from the online course.

The enhanced training programme costs just £48 (plus VAT) per employee, which gives them a whole year’s access to all the training options.
