Our Road to Recovery Resource Centre provides practical advice to help you operate efficiently in the new normal. Modules include remote communication, distance contracts, handling customer vulnerability and how to support your customers in making the right decisions. This module is kept under constant review and updated in light of any changes, and includes refreshers on the Consumer Rights Act and Our Regulated Processes 2020.
